Method of Payment
• By cash or cheques payable to Dorval Soccer Association.
• Cheques can be post-dated to March 19th, 2009.
• Please remember to indicate your child's name and the payee’s name on the back
of the cheque should a refund be required
• NSF or any returned cheques are subject to a $15.00 fee.
• No refunds after June 1st, 2009
Other Information
• After the March 19th registration, all names will be placed on a Waiting List
and contacted only if space remains.
• The season for Mini Soccer and "7-a-side" categories will begin the week of
May 12th and end the weekend of August 23-24.
• The season for the "11-a-side" categories will begin the week of May 19th and
end in mid September.
• If your child is registered at one of the registration dates or on-line and
has not heard from his/her coach by May 31st, please contact the soccer office
via email through our website at: www.dorvalsoccer.com

Registration Costs:
House League - 5 to 7 Years old - 90$ / 8 to 18 years old - 105$
Family Discounts - 3 Children - $40 discount / 4 Children - $80 discount (Intercity Children in program do no apply)
InterCity - All Ages - $165
Metro League - Recreational Divisions - $165 - Competitive Divisions - $175
Non-Dorval Residents - extra $10 fee for registration
After March 19th - late fee of $10 for all children apply
2009 Fall Indoor Technical Training Sessions
Registration is presently close of this program, however more information will be available on the Technical Program page in late summer 2009.
