Thursday, March 29 from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
New players, coaches, assistant coaches, referees, managers and physiotherapists must be present for
registration. Please bring your medicare card, passport, or birth certificate to registration.
All Players, coaches, assistant coaches, referees, managers and physiotherapists born in January, February,
March, or April must be present at registration. Please bring your medicare card, passport, or birth certificate to
registration.
Players, coaches, assistant coaches, referees managers and physiotherapists born from May to December do not
need to update their passports. However, parents and/or those members over 14 years of age
must still present themselves to sign the registration form.
Method of payment:
• By cheque payable to "Dorval Soccer Association" and cheques may be postdated to March 31st.
• Cash
• Non-residents, please add $25.00 per player.
• Registrations made April 1st and later, please add $25.00 per player.
• Registrations made after March 31st will be put on a wait list.
• Players trying out for an intercity team must pay the base registration amount and write a separate
cheque for intercity according to age:
• U8 – U10 – $130 + $70.00
• U11 – U18 - $140 + $60.00

House League - Division 3 Refund Policy
Refund Policy: No refunds will be made after June 1st. Request prior to this date must be made in writing to the Dorval
Soccer Association and must include the parent's name, child's name, full address, telephone number and reason for the request.
$15.00 of the registration fee will be withheld to cover administrative costs.

Competitive League (Inter City) Refund Policy:
Prior to March 31st, 50% of the registration fee will be withheld.
No refunds will be made after April 1st.
Requests prior to March 31st must be made in writing to the Dorval Soccer Association
and must include the parent's name, child's name, full address, telephone number and reason for the request.
If your child is not selected for an intercity team, you will be reimbursed accordingly.
