Method of Payment
• By cash or cheques payable to Dorval Soccer Association.
• Cheques can be post-dated to March 18th, 2010.
• Please remember to indicate your child's name and the payee's name on the back of the cheque should a refund be required.
• NSF or any returned cheques are subject to a $15.00 fee.
• No refunds after June 1st, 2010.
Other Information
• After the March 18th registration, all names will be placed on a Waiting List and contacted only if space remains.
• The season for Mini Soccer and "7-a-side" categories will begin the week of May 17th and end the weekend of August 28th -29th.
• The season for the "11-a-side" categories will begin the week of May 17th and end in mid September.
• If your child is registered at one of the registration dates and has not heard from his/her coach by May 12th,
please contact the soccer office via email through our website at: www.dorvalsoccer.com
Would you like to be a House League Coach or Referee. Anyone is welcome to apply. Please bring in your application to registration.
